Registration

Registration is now open. Please register as soon as possible but no later than December 29th.

IMPORTANT: Once you have completed your registration you will be contacted by an agent from Travel Leaders to arrange your flights to Kona (KOA). It’s important to respond right away as itineraries can only be held for 24 hours.

Other important information:

• All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

• Attendees will be required to abide by any corporate, state and federal guidelines for travel. Currently the State of Hawaii does not have travel restrictions in place, but of course this is subject to change.

• We’re holding your room at the beautiful Fairmont Orchid Resort for arrival on March 20 and departure on March 25. Sorry, extended stays are not allowed.

• You have the choice of a complimentary mid-size rental car for the week to be picked up and returned at the Kona Airport or we will arrange airport transportation for you.
• Your document packet including the detailed itinerary will be mailed to the address you provide approximately 2 weeks prior to travel. If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to angela@cpii.net
